Mr Gardner is a Perth based business proprietor, with over 27 years’ experience in the mining industry. Mr Gardner has developed a number of projects that are now major assets of ASX listed companies and has extensive experience in the China region. He was the original founder and funder of the Lixian Project, prior to its acquisition by the Company. Mr Gardner is also a major shareholder in the Company.

Gernot brings extensive experience in law, corporate finance, and strategic consulting, and over 20 years of entrepreneurial, business strategy, and investment experience. He currently serves as Chairman of DorsaVi Limited (ASX: DVL), Nelson Resources Limited (ASX: NES), and Peako Limited (ASX: PKO).
Mr Nicholas Ong
Director (Non-executive) and Company Secretary
Nicholas brings 20 years of experience in listing rules compliance and corporate governance. He is an experienced corporate and commercial senior executive of a gold mining and processing operation, and is also familiar with offtake contract negotiations. Nicholas is a fellow member of the Governance Institute of Australia and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia.
