Cawse Project

  • 26 granted Tenements covering approximately 115.3km2 in Ora Banda, near Kalgoorlie, WA. An additional 23 Prospecting Licenses covering 40km2 were acquired through a share purchase plan with Sleeklines Holdings Pty Ltd. The Cawse project now comprises 49 Tenements covering 155.4km2 .

  • The Sleeklines Tenements are considered to be highly prospective for gold.

  • Tenement group host to the Walter Williams Foundation (WWF), over which an extensive laterite profile is developed, resulting in enrichments of nickel and cobalt.

  • Drilling conducted in 1998 by Centaur Mining, where the best gold result was eight metres at 4.62 g/t hold, including four metres at 8.86 g/t gold, from a depth of 24 metres.

  • Avalon Resources recommenced gold exploration in 2016, completing three drill holes in 2018.

  • The target at Cawse Find Project is a repetition of the Cawse Find deposit (previous production of 22,000t mined at 4.55 g/t gold) where mineralisation remains open.

  • Short-term exploration strategy involved a proposed drill campaign that will consist of four drill holes.
